Since clay is a natural material, color variations (saturation/brightness) and irregularities can be expected and just add to the charm of your handmade piece. By purchasing, you acknowledge these expected variations of our handcrafted and custom pieces.
Refund/Remake Policy
Because of the custom handmade nature of the product, refunds are not accepted. If you have any questions at all about your final pieces, please feel free to reach out!
However, if a piece is damaged in transit, we make a mistake (misspelling, incorrect color/border/font choice based on order details), we will remake it for you and get it to you as fast as we can!
